
Underwood Park is an undeveloped wooded park in its natural state with limited or no public access. This nature park is about two hectares in size. The wide trail into the park is lined with aspen and cottonwood trees. The park encloses the wetland and riparian area of Underwood Creek. Underwood Creek flows into Wray Creek a tributary of Tod Creek that drains into Tod Inlet, Saanich Inlet. The parkland has a disturbed forest with fir, Garry oak, and cedar trees. The understory has mosses, fawn lilies, calypso orchids, salal, Yerba buena, and ferns as well as blackberry, snowberry, and ocean spray bushes.
