The Cache is not at the posted Coordinates!!
To find this Letterbox geocache you must follow the instructions below after you get to the posted coordinates. The stamp and ink pad are not trade items. Please leave them in the cache.

This cache is in an area with potential pitfalls. You will be in the woods so wild animals may be present as well as poisonous plant life. You will be on a trail 99.9% of the time. However the cache is hidden just off the trail by no more than 47 feet but it is a little bit steep. The most direct route is not the safest. Choose your path wisely because you are a long way from help.
This area was very difficult to get a good coordinate reading that didn't bounce. So I decided to make it a letterbox where you follow the clues from an easily findable spot. To get to this spot you can expect a roughly 2 mile hike in on the blue trail from the parking coordinates. That means 4 miles roundtrip. It may be closer from different parking coordinates but we prefer this route.
POSTED COORDINATES
- The posted coordinates should bring you to a wooden bridge. Stand in the middle facing downhill/downstream.
- turn left and go 47 normal walking steps on the trail or roughly 74 feet.
- turn right and look across the little creek. you should see a rock formation from 47 to 74 feet away
- choose your path to that rock formation carefully (there is an easy way if you walk across the bridge and then PASS the rock formation while still on the trail.
- make your way to creek level looking slightly uphill to the rock formation. You should see a cave. It is NOT in there
- look about 6 feet from creek about and 15-20 feet downstream from cave. Please when you place it back re-cover to keep the hide at least a little tricky.
