I introduced geocaching to my wife and 2 daughters (6 & 3) this year after having been doing it for some time on my own. They had such a great time finding them and leaving special trinkets for others to find. My oldest also noticed there were none in our neighborhood close to home and she wanted to maintain her own "treasure box!"
This is a traditional cache in a bottle covered in some camo. Big enough for a trinket. Hidden on a small path that we travel often from the rec center to the playground. This path is extremely busy during school days in the morning and afternoon, and has a fair amount of foot traffic so stealth may be required.
