This is the September 2024 monthly get together to sit around and discuss geocaching. Everyone is welcome! After all, we could use new or different caching stories.
The event is usually held during the 3rd full week of the month at varying locations around Lake and Geauga Counties. Please be sure to post "Will Attend" to the cache log, so any announcements pertaining to it may be shared.
You will find us from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Cilantro Taqueria located on Mayfield Road in Chesterland, Ohio. In the spirit of Geocaching, use your GPS to find us. Otherwise, the address is in the “Hint”.
New people are always welcome! Come when you can and stay as long as you wish. In good weather, there are outside tables. No purchases required. Event is being held by permission of Proprietor.
This event cache was originally hosted by SherwoodForest on behalf of the NEOGeocachers. It ran for 154 consecutive months under the GC# - GCK5E6. In 2005, Geauga Garmin adopted the event, in the memory of SherwoodForest. Now each of these gatherings has it's own GC#. After attending the current event, cachers may log it as a new find.
