The Canal Bridges series is a walk along part of the Erewash Canal. It starts in Long Eaton and finishes in Ilkeston. There are 16 Caches in total from bridge #1 at Trent Lock in Long Eaton to bridge #17 at Gallows Lock in Ilkeston.
All Caches in the series are accessible from the footpath next to the canal. The Caches aren't designed to be a challenge to find, but rather for Cachers to enjoy the walk.
Due to Geocache density and/or distance from home, bridges #11, #13A, #15 and bridges #18 and farther do not have any Geocaches from me. Apologies if some Caches aren't near the bridges, Geocache density as I said.

Bridge #17 is the last in the series, next to Gallows Lock. It's got places for food and public transport nearby. The Cache is a bit before the bridge due to Geocache density.
