The park hours are 5am to 10pm.
This is a straight forward field puzzle. That is not to say it is easy. For some, it could take a good bit of time, others, with pre-planning, or perhaps some variation of charcoal rubbings or sketching, could manage in short order. How you go about it is up to you.

While the outer container is somewhat resistant to damage, please, do not force it. It will open with smooth movements.
Please reset the container when done. Allign the arrow with either of the long straight grooves and slides together. Twist until you feel it snap in place.
