History buffs, railfans, and nature lovers will enjoy the wild west lore and charm of this “little”-known taproom located inside an active train station built in 1909! Take two steps inside and you’ll feel like you just travelled back in time 100 years. If the timing is just right you can wave at Amtrak’s Southwest Chief trains as they stop at GZ full of geocachers and muggles travelling towards Chicago and Los Angeles. It’s also the end of the line for the Sky Railway, an excursion train with ties to Breaking Bad and Games of Thrones, that runs themed trips between Santa Fe and Lamy. You’ve probably never seen a taproom like THIS before!

GETTING THERE:
From US Highway 285 turn onto Old Lamy Trail/County Road 33 (waypoint provided).
Drive 1.5 miles on Old Lamy Trail/County Road 33 to the end of the paved road.
The depot and parking lot are located on your RIGHT.
The posted coordinates will bring you to the entrance door.
This is a cool "little" spot on the historic Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe main line. Because it's a "little" out of the way you might be surprised who you meet here! Oh, and did I mention "little"?
