Geocachers, what an honor it is to say these words to you, Welcome to the Taylor Swift series! This is exactly how she opens her current tour in 2024, so I thought it would be a fitting way to welcome you all to this series of caches. This is the seventh geocache in a series of caches dedicated to the musically talented, Taylor Swift. I started geocaching with my daughters about a year ago and recently they looked at me and asked if we can hide some and of course I said yes! I asked them what they wanted to name them and it was unanimously voted for Taylor Swift themed ones (how could I say no to that?) Thus, the Eras Tour geocaching series was created. Of course all three of my daughters are Swifties!
Her seventh album was titled, “Lover” and released on August 23, 2019 with the genre of electro-pop. This is the first album under her new label company where she now owns the rights to her own music. If you’re wondering what I mean by that, she decided to re-record and release her first six albums so she can own the rights to her own music.
