Went exploring to find Black Pond and kept on walking. We ended up on open ledge which has several pieces of climbing gear imbedded in the rock. Not much of a view, but still an interesting place, and you can visit Black Pond coming in as well as going back out. The cache is a green painted preform in a hollow. The cache is winter friendly, but the access (trailhead/parking) is not.
