Sicheng Road (思成路) is translated as "thinking into the road" in some translation software. And indeed it's possible that there has been some thinking put into the overall road network (which is good), with none left over to put into the design (which is not so good).
Considerably more thinking seems to have gone into the office parks and new buildings beautifully integrated wtih the surrounding Daguan wetland park. A popular weekend pastime, though less so in the punishingly hot months of June, July and August, is to camp out in the park here, often featuring elaborate setups of camping, cooking and seating gear. Do people also camp out here at night, with the vast cemetary just across the road to the southeast?
An evening check reveals a few people sitting or strolling around the pathways, plazas and public spaces on the perimeter of the gleaming new office buildings. The office parks and buildings immediately northwest of the cache have no perimeter fencing or security, making them freely accessible to wander around. The attractive interior landscaping is supported by some shops starting to move in too. It's an enticing place for an evening walk or jog in summer. The office park tenants seem to be primarily in the R&D area, with &=E providing an additional hint for this cache.
The walkways and bikeways winding around the wetlands are nearly completely empty at night and the camping area around the lake itself is pitch black.
