We have reserved the Community Room at
7272 S. Eagle St. Centennial, CO 80112
Who?: Cachers & non-caching family members including kids.
The event is from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We will provide Sloppy Joe mix & Buns
We will also provide paper plates, utensils and cups. Since it would be hard to predict everyone's favorite drink We will provide some water. If you want something else to drink then you should BYOD (Bring Your Own Drink)
When you post your attendance, indicate how many in your group will be attending. Any other information that you think might relative to your attendance.
Not equired / Optional: Cachers attending the event are asked to bring some side dishes.
Possible sides could include chips/dips. watermelon/fruit, potato/macroni salad, slaw, cookies/cake, etc...
Indicate in your attendance log what you might bring.
So we don't end up with ALL one item type.
