The Background
Geocaching has quite literally taken over my life over the last 15 years with going out Caching and being very honoured to Review Caches. I have made some excellent friends and met some wonderful and interesting people. What an excellent opportunity then to have a Friday event where Cachers new and old can get together and have a good natter about Geocaching, exchange Travel Bugs and discuss those troublesome mystery caches. I hope you will be able to make it and help make my birthday extra special by being able to join me at this caching meet.
You are Welcome to exchange TB's at this Event but nothing bigger than will fit in your pocket.
I will be sat in the restaurant area on the second floor with hopefully a couple of tables. I will post an announcement on the night to my exact location. Food and drink is available to purchase although not necessary to attend the Event. I will also bring Reviewer Tags to give to those who attend the Event and have not received one before.

The Venue
The Event will be taking place in the Newcourt / Digby & Sowton part of Exeter at Ikea Exeter

Planning to Attend?
The restaurant is located on the second floor of the store. to the left when you arrive on the escalators. Lifts are also available for those not able to use the escalators or stairs.
Food is Available
Food and Drink is available in the restaurant until 19:30 when the restaurant will close. You can also purchase just drinks and you can skip the queue for food if you just wish to purchase a drink. No purchase is necessary to attend the event.
Parking
Parking is available at the front of the store or under the underground carpark. You are able to access the carpark from either Newcourt Way > Ikea Way or from the A379
Caches
There are no caches available at the store although there are caches that can be reached with a 10-15 minute walk from the Event Location.
Community Celebration Events - 2025
