The Event is scheduled to be held on Saturday December 27, 2025 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
The Event location is well known to many geocachers as we have met there on several previous occassions. The week between Christmas and New Years is often empty for many of us. It also offers an opportunity to invite many new geocachers to the table to discuss experiences, teach them a few tricks, exchange frustrations and get to all know each other better.
The location is the Sundance Centre, it does serve food if you wish. Lets make it a great day by inviting new geocachers and encouraging our friends absent from recent events to meet and share the season. Maybe we could get a few volunteers to lead some discussions on their favourite geocaching activities and speak to some of their experiences about the difficult caches that they have found. How about some dialague on Travel Bugs and how to deal with recording them and placing them.
As alcohol is served at this location you may prefer to leave family members under 19 at home, your choice.
