Hey all!
Yup, it’s 2025, which means Community Celebration Events! Join me @ Ragle Ranch Park on Saturday, March 29th to celebrate the little inanimate objects that we geocachers live vicariously through: TRACKABLES!!!
I’ve got lots of fun planned for you on this day, you won’t want to miss out!
~~~~~ CUSTOM GEOCOINS ~~~~~
First, CUSTOM GEOCOINS for all attendees! Yes, I will be 3D printing completely customized geocoins for everyone that are trackable at geocaching.com! You get to choose the design for your geocoin, which will feature your caching username and a tracking code, as well as options for more.
All you have to do is fill out the google form that I created. You will be asked to choose a template for your design, and then you will be able to customize the text on it to make it your own. I will then 3D print in it the colors that you choose, and deliver it to you on the day of the event. You can check out my design below for some inspiration and then order your own!
Note: I will close the google form about two weeks prior to the event so that I have time to print everyone's coins.
Above is the 3D printed geocoin I made for myself. You can order one too, with your cacher name and a trackable code. For reference, I chose Template 1, LenaArlo, ~Sebastopol, CA ~, and Red/Orange filament. I did not remove the tracking code, symbol, or words "trackable @ geocaching.com". Note how the smaller text does become harder to read, so consider choosing to have less text on your coin rather than more. You can order yourself a coin below!

~~~~~ TRACKABLE TRADING ~~~~~
I will also, of course, have a spot to trade trackables. Bring all your TBs, geocoins, and tags! Let’s try to get as many trackables traded as possible! I’ll drop some off, but I need YOUR help to bring some that you find around. And be prepared to pick some up too, I don’t want to end up with all the trackables at the end of the event :)
~~~~~ DISCOVER TRACKABLES ~~~~
I will have my entire geocoin collection with me (that’s about 25 coins)! Be prepared to discover some geocoins! Some of you may know that I attempt to have a “event geocoin” for every event I host (either 3d printed or manufactured). I will have all of my past event geocoins here as well, so you can discover all those. And, of course, if you have a geocoin collection or just some trackables you want to get discovered, then bring them!
~~~~~ TRACKABLE AND GEOCOIN GIVEAWAY ~~~~~
Yes, I’ll have some extra tags and maybe even a geocoin to give away. All unactivated, of course. If you have some unactivated coins or tags that you are ok with getting rid of, bring them over and we’ll give them away! There won’t be a fancy raffle system or anything, just first come first serve on the giveaway.
