You may not know this, but a gnome has actually been sent into space. A 5-inch titanium garden gnome, named Gnome Chompski, was sent up in space in 2020 as part of a space mission out of New Zealand.
In that spirit, I have enlisted two specially selected gnomes to go on an intergalactic visit to welcome outer space visitors to our planet and to geocache with us here. Please come help to see them off.
