This is a story about just one of them....
Mike Romanager is a manager of people in a local business and has a group of employees that he's supposed to be managing better than he does.
He tends to be very excessive with the people he manages and sometimes is not the nicest to deal with.
Many days he's giving excessive supervision to employees and rather than telling an employee what task needs to be accomplished, and when that task needs to be done by, he will watch the employee's actions closely and provide frequent criticism of the employee's work and processes.
He's been hiding around here to "get away from things" for a bit but maybe you can find him and give him some better direction on how to handle things on a daily basis.
