If you are having troubles finding this one sit and rock away on the nearby swing set.

 

This cache has been hidden with permission of the International Peace gardens, and hidden in conjunction with the Hands Across the Border 2024 event.

You will need to pay admission to the International Peace Gardens. As of  July 2024, that rate is $10 per person or $50 for an annual pass that covers the people in your vehicle.
