Kailua District Park is the biggest park in Kailua. It has 3 parking lots located on different sides of the park, 5 baseball fields, an Olympic size pool, a skate park, an outdoor pavilion, 8 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, 2 outdoor basketball courts, 1 indoor basketball court, an indoor gym, a playground, and many other multi-purpose areas/rooms. The park has a constant flow of people coming and going, so be careful for muggles. As always, be respectful to the park and anyone else using it. Feel free to walk around this expansive park after finding the cache!
This cache is called Sk8 (meaning skate) because it's close to the skating area. This skating area might be a bit small, but I thought it was something unique to the park and should be highlighted by a geocache. This skating area has a moderate flow of muggles and can often be found empty in the mornings. When reading the hint, think of keywords. Nobody has found this cache in a long time, but I promise it's still there. If you need help, message me. BYOP!
