[De] Der Gols ist eine Anhöhe auf 1.780 m in der Nähe von Terenten.
Über den Weg 8A vom Parkplatz Kompfossee zu Fuß oder mit dem Bike erreicht man das Ziel nach ca. 2,5 bis 3 km (je nachdem, ob man die Abkürzungen nutzt).
Die Bänke und hölzernen Sonnenliegen laden zum Verweilen ein und bieten Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten, das Astjoch und die Plose.
Weiterführende Ziele sind der Gipfel des Steinspitz (am Kompfossee), über einen schönen Steig zur Englalm oder die Runde über die Astnerbergalm zurück ins Dorf.

Percorrendo il sentiero 8A dal parcheggio del Kompfossee a piedi o in bici, si raggiunge la meta dopo circa 2,5-3 km (a seconda se si utilizzano le scorciatoie).
Le panchine e le sdraio in legno invitano a soffermarsi e offrono una vista sulle Dolomiti di fronte, l'Astjoch e la Plose.
Ulteriori destinazioni sono la vetta dello Steinspitz (al Kompfossee), tramite un bel sentiero fino all’Englalm o il giro attraverso l’Astnerbergalm per tornare al paese.

Following path 8A from the Kompfossee parking lot, you can reach the destination after about 2.5 to 3 km (depending on whether you use the shortcuts) either on foot or by bike.
The benches and wooden sun loungers invite you to linger and offer views of the Dolomites opposite, the Astjoch, and the Plose.
Further destinations are the summit of Steinspitz (at Kompfossee), via a beautiful trail to the Englalm, or the round trip through the Astnerbergalm back to the village.
