Drama Queen Pansy has a lot of time on her hands ever since her best friend, Persimmon, started a pre-med program. So she decided to put her free time and personality to good use by getting involved in community theater. Recently, she scheduled an audition for a local production of "Peter Pan." Then she dug out the family Disney version and watched that to help her prepare (aka pesky play prepping).
After watching the movie, she decided to practice her lines on her own personal version of Neverland. She parked at posted coordinates and then considered her options. She decided to go with wading out to the island. How hard could that be?
Unfortunately, the rocks were quite slippery, and she had nothing to help her balance. Where, oh, where, were her friends when she needed them? Where, oh where, was Patrick's Practically Perfect Pelican? Where, oh where, were her hiking sticks? Halfway across, she lost her balance, pinwheeling her arms like crazy for what seemed like an amazingly long time before finally plopping down in the water. She resurfaced, wiped the algae from her eyes, looked around and spotted a crowd watching her from land. She waved at them to let them know she was not in need of a rescue and decided just to act like she had meant to go swimming all along. So she made for deeper water and did a few laps back and forth between the crowd on land and the island, using different strokes with flair on different laps. Then she stopped in the middle of the pond and did a few synchronized swimming-type maneuvers, making sure to keep a big fake smile plastered on to make up for the fact that she did not have any other swimmers with her doing the moves like a real synchronized swimmer. Lastly, she belted out "You Can Fly, You Can Fly, You Can Fly," before doing the butterfly stroke back to the Island. Oh, how she wished she could really fly!!!
Cache is not at posted coordinates. Assume N40 19.ABC W74 35.DEF and solve the following for final coordinates.
To whom did Sir James M. Barrie give the copyright of his play? The Hospital for Sick Children (let A=6) or Bedlam Psychiatric Hospital (let A=7).
CO's children have had costumes at one point or another for all except which of the following? Captain Hook (let B=2), Peter Pan (let B=9), John Darling (let B=6), Tinkerbell (let B=4) and Nana (let B=5). Yes, indeed. (One of these even had to be custom-made by a loving grandmother.)
What was wrong with Mr. Darling's shirt? It had a chalk treasure map drawn on it (let C=9) or It shrunk so small that it wouldn't fit (let C=1).
Why would the movie "Peter Pan" go really well as a Pesky hide? There are some psychological themes running through it (let D=2), it would make a nice "P" tautogram (let D=8) or both (let D=9). Too bad it is here, in a Happy Histrionics hide, right? Whatever was the CO thinking?
When the Indians capture the boys, who or what does the last Indian in the line have on a rope? A lost boy (let E=1), Michael's teddy bear (let E=0) or John Darling (let E=5).
Why is the crocodile following Captain Hook? He is in love with this guy (let F=0) or he got a taste of him and wants to gobble up the rest of him (let F=9).
There you go!
