The event is celebration of the popular "Notts Labcache Pool" project. The complete 'lab-art' can be completed from a single location, next to the event venue.

Everyone is welcome to attend the event, whether already involved in the project or not. Newcomers to caching and/or events are particularly welcome - we are happy to answer questions and offer help.
There is ample free parking next to the venue and across the road. The event is an opportunity to play the new Adventure Labs, share caching adventures and swap trackables.
The event venue is "Bryer's Bar + Kitchen" on Gotham Road in East Leake - drinks, cakes, hot food and snacks are available. Purchase of food & drinks is optional and not a requirement to attend the event.
