A fun challenge for those who like to stop and pose for a picture. This one is all about stopping to get a photo. Hopefully you did it correctly as they're getting rare.
Qualifications: To qualify for this challenge, YOU NEED TO HAVE FOUND A WEBCAM IN 5 DIFFERENT REGIONS. These can be states, provinces, or whatever. It's not that restrictive.
Location is: N 47° 41.854′ W 117° 01.945′ and cache is magnetic, on post. D is based on difficulty of qualifying and hide, while T is based on actual hide. There is no legal parking near the cache. Bikes, scooters, and walking is encouraged.
