Welcome to the Park N Rural Cache series!
This cache series has been created to highlight the nature and the peaceful places all around us- with most of these places hopefully bringing you to a place you have never been before.
As a geocacher I enjoy all caches very much, but have a special place in my heart for park caches and ones in more rural areas. Don't get me wrong, I love urban Geocaches that can be more difficult to find, but I think it's important that there are still the more easy and peaceful caches to find in the more "slow moving" areas. I love driving along a rural country road in search of Geocaches, because there is never any stress of muggles giving you weird looks, etc. It's much more easy to go at your own pace with caches placed in parks and rural areas.
My hope for this cache series is not to puzzle and create difficult-to-find Geocaches, but to get people out exploring places in nature that they maybe have never been to before. All of these caches are intended to be mostly, if not fully family friendly.
Every Geocache in this cache series will have a square shaped FTF badge. If you are the FTF, please take the badge :)

THis specific cache has been placed near the entrance to Ravensdale park. It should be pretty easy to find , but may be hard if you are not over 5 ft.
