This cache provides you an opportunity to walk the treeline entering Millers Pond subdivision. Although the path to ground zero is a bit bumpy, the cache itself is sheltered from the elements.
At the time of placement, the open area near the cache is a wide open field of weedy grass and pollinator plants. Getting to GZ should help you avoid it though. At some point, the builder is expected to call upon his Paw Patrol friend Rubble to excavate the area.
Street parking isn't exactly available near the cache area due to no parking signs but if you park on a nearby road (or happen to be enjoying a walk on a nearby trail), hopefully you find time to stop in to grab this one.
Without using the hint, this might be a 3* difficulty for some but for experienced cachers, should be a bit easier once you get to GZ. If you smell what The <hint> is cooking.
