This is the the first in a series of hides that will be placed along this road and hopefully makes the trek to the rural Moonshine Road worth it for you fellow geocachers!
This is in the pull-in bay on SH58 (best to approach it from Pauatahanui way). Plenty of parking roadside, but lots of muggles and vechicles along this busy stretch of road. Finding this cache does not require anyone to cross the road-side barrier; it's firmly on the dust/parking side of the barrier!!
Cache container - this type might be a bit tricky for beginners but everyone has to start somewhere. Just keep trying and fiddling with safe things.
