Welcome to the Davenport Preserve Off of Saw Mill Road and Buena Vista Rd; one of the Clarkstown Parks which is also open to non-residents. This land was once owned by Milia Davenport, a costume designer, and was once known as Camp Norge, which offered a summer retreat in the early 1900's for young boys and girls from Brooklyn, NY. You will experience wooded trails along a stream and will encounter some abandoned structures. This area is serene, with a bit of a creepy feel to it. Enjoy!!
