The Todd Hill Rest Area was constructed when the parkway was extended north between 1938 and 1955. It, along with the Shandaoah Rest Area just north of I-84 where it sits by itself currently) were to allow vacationers from the NYC metro to come upstate and enjoy the nature, history, and villages offered. The Todd Hill Rest Area was abandonded in the 1970s and stood dormant. In 2014, it reopened with a larger commuter lot and the Taste of New York Store, selling local produce to all who pass by. Currently, bathrooms are being installed to increase the capacity of the building.

You are looking for a micro. This is a high muggle location so make sure to keep a low profile.
