This cache is located next to the historic Paki Hale, formerly known as the Winstead house.   Back when Kapiolani park was a racecourse and polo field, this was where the stables were located.  Today, the estate belongs to the City and County of Honolulu, and a beautiful pocket park exists between Paki and Leahi Avenues. And there are lots of chickens! My kids used to call this place the "ditch park" because of the overflow ditch located on the Ewa side.
