About SideTracked Caches
This cache belongs to the SideTracked series. It is not designed to take you to a magical place with a breath taking view. This event celebrates the begining of the SideTracked series at Evesham station on August 10th 2007, placed by schnarff & bikermel76. During this week events will be held around the world to celebrate this event.
Aussiebrian hopes to meet as many cachers at this event during his visit to Rome and the Vatican City State. All cachers are welcome but why not collect another find in the SideTracked Series.
Did you know the Vatican City State has its own railway station. Ferrova Vaticana was opened in 1934. It operates a weekly service to Castel Gondolfo but is not otherwise open to the public. This is why the event is being held in St Peter's Square. The iron gates are closed otherwise. See the Waypoint for the location of the station and Wikipaedia for more information.

Aussiebrian spera di incontrare quanti più cacher a questo evento durante la sua visita a Roma e nello Stato della Città del Vaticano. Tutti i cacher sono i benvenuti, ma perché non raccogliere un altro ritrovamento nella serie SideTracked.
Sapevi che lo Stato della Città del Vaticano ha una propria stazione ferroviaria. La Ferrova Vaticana è stata aperta nel 1934. Effettua un servizio settimanale per Castel Gondolfo ma non è altrimenti aperta al pubblico. Per questo l'evento si svolge in Piazza San Pietro. Altrimenti i cancelli di ferro sono chiusi. Aussiebrian indosserà un berretto giallo brillante con un badge con il nome Geocaching.
