This is an offset multi-cache in Warren. The posted coordinates are virtual and bring you to a sign depicting some history of the area. There is a lot of information depicted on the sign that is all quite interesting, so I recommend taking some time to read the whole thing!
To obtain the cache coordinates, input the two word phrase in quotation marks in the paragraph to the left of the newspaper images. This is the paragraph that begins with "BETWEEN 1869 & 1892" and mentions the Warren Gazette. Correctly doing so will give the final cache coordinates and hide hint. Hope you enjoy.
