This is a WhereIGo cache. You use a WhereIGo player and the cartridge to find the cache.
The cartridge was created by -Waldmeister- and is available to download
>>> HERE <<<
Your task is to find the cache by periodically querying your Reverse Cache Box for the distance to the final location. Try to use your Reverse Cache Box as few times as possible. All instructions and necessary information needed to complete the cartridge is contained within it. The cartridge is multilingual. To begin, select Play then type this code into your player:
149342
459203
364658
Once you zero in on a spot close to the final, you can try to find it yourself without any more queries. If you make a query within 25 yards, you will receive the actual coordinates and can follow your GPS from there. After you make the find, feel free to post the output stats (number of queries, etc.) from your search with your find log. There is a completion code for this cartridge but it is not needed for anything here.
This cache is located just off one of the many trails in Sleepy Hollow State Park. It was placed for the sixth annual Camp MiGO event. Most of the trails are well groomed and hard packed making a bicycle a great way to get to the caches in the area.
The Camp MiGO caches this year celebrate Michigan lighthouses. Lighthouses played an important part in development of Michigan and Great Lakes shipping and commerce. Those lighthouses that are still active are still used today by commercial shipping and recreational boaters to improve safety for all who use any or all of the four Great Lakes in Michigan.
Keep in mind during hunting season to be aware of hunters in the area. Hunting is allowed most non-summer months, generally from September 15 until April 1st each year, so please be careful and dress appropriately, including Hunter Safety Orange, when hunting is allowed.
A Recreation Passport is required for all vehicles entering Sleepy Hollow State Park. They are best purchased with your Michigan license plate, but are also available at the park.
Camping reservations may be made at:
www.midnrreservations.com.
The park closes to visitors at 10 p.m..
