I had previously had a cache here but had to archive it since it was busted and security was posing a problem but both of those issues have since been resolved and we return the cache to the bombshelter, or at least above it. This building used to be a preprimary school adjacent ot the Jewish synagoge and it was speculated that there was a bombshelter that could withstand a nuclear blast under it. I'm not sure how accurate the strength assumption is but it's since been confirmed that there was a bombshelter here. Likely the only one in the city.
