The Chronicles of Georgia is a big monument built in 1985 by the artist Zurab Tsereteli. It stands on a hill near Tbilisi Sea. There are 16 tall stone columns. On the top parts you can see Georgian kings and queens from history. On the lower parts there are stories from the Bible and the life of Jesus. The monument is not finished, but it is still one of the most famous sights in Georgia. Many people call it “Georgia’s Stonehenge.”
📍 The geocache is not in the monument — it is hidden in a rusty ladder nearby.

Die Chronicles of Georgia sind ein großes Denkmal, das 1985 vom Künstler Surab Zereteli gebaut wurde. Es steht auf einem Hügel am Tiflis-See. Es gibt 16 hohe Steinsäulen. Oben sind georgische Könige und Königinnen aus der Geschichte zu sehen. Unten sind Bilder aus der Bibel und aus dem Leben Jesu. Das Denkmal ist nicht fertig gebaut, aber es ist sehr bekannt. Viele nennen es „Stonehenge von Georgien“.
📍 Der Geocache ist nicht im Denkmal — er ist in einer rostigen Leiter in der Nähe versteckt.

„ქრონიკები საქართველოსი“ — დიდი მონუმენტია, რომელიც 1985 წელს ზურაბ წერეთელმა შექმნა. იგი დგას გორაზე, თბილისის ზღვის მახლობლად. არსებობს 16 მაღალი ქვის სვეტი. ზევით გამოსახულია ქართველი მეფეები და დედოფლები. ქვემოთ — ბიბლიის სიუჟეტები და იესოს ცხოვრება. მონუმენტი ბოლომდე არ არის დასრულებული, მაგრამ მაინც ერთ-ერთი ყველაზე ცნობილი ადგილია საქართველოში. მას ხშირად „საქართველოს სტოუნჰენჯს“ უწოდებენ.
📍 ჯეოქეში მონუმენტში არ არის — ის დამალულია მახლობელ ჟანგიან კიბეში.
