This is a geocache puzzle that involves walking around Bloomfield. According to google maps, this walk will take just about 10 minutes in addition to any time it takes you to comprehend my directions. The walk is entirely on sidewalks. While you are out here, make sure to complete the nearby multi "Murals of Bloomfield", as this cache will pass by many of the locations. Good luck!

Start at the posted coordinates.
Welcome to Bloomfield, or Little Italy, Pennsylvania. You're currently standing in the middle of a busy intersection, but looking down the streets you should see that one is much busier and full of shops than the others (in about a block or so). Proceed down the street until you see two four-digit white numbers on a blue background on the left side of the street. You won't pass more than one intersection on your way (not counting the one you are currently standing at).
Travel the first four-digit number in inches down the street you are on, continuing in the opposite direction from where you came.
Turn around, and you should see a mural ahead of you. You will see an arrow on the mural -- follow the rough direction and street name on the arrow until you reach the next intersection.
At this intersection, you'll see a black four digit number on the side of a building. The number can reasonably be interpreted as a date (no, it is not the year 4000). Add the first digit and the last digit together and consider this new number "B". Walk SE on Liberty avenue past B four-way intersections, not counting the one you are currently standing.
At the Bth intersection, you'll see a booky mural. Take coordinate readings at the mural, and travel 520ft at a bearing of 10 degrees.
**I highly recommend you now put your current coordinates in the below checker to make sure you are in the correct location. The checker will spit out the exact coordinates of the cache if you are within 30ft. **
The cache is at a corner of an 'island', where the island meets a black fence with GRs on both sides. You are looking for a film canister.
THE FINAL LOCATION IS CLEARLY ON PUBLIC PROPERTY AND IS NOT IN THE YARD, WALL, OR FENCE OF ANY NEARBY ESTABLISHMENTS!!!
