This is a challenge cache, it's located at the posted coordinates, but to log it as a found you need to fulfill a requirement first. Read more about Challenges in HQs knowledge database.
The requirement is to have logged all 81 unique difficulty/terrain ratings, using at least 3 different types. For example, Full D/T with Traditionals, Multis and Letterboxes.
