Welcome to Harstad County Park, a little used Eau Claire County Park, with great views of the Eau Claire River. This is one of four caches in the park, and you can park once, and walk to all four.
Please note that there is a fee to park within the park. However, there is very close free parking, and I have provided parking coordinates for the free parking on this cache page. It is possible to buy a daily or annual pass. There are well over a hundred caches in Eau Claire County Parks.
To find this cache walk along the mowed line at the top of the hill overlooking the river. You will see a very large old stump that is hollow. To find the final cache in this series look at the AAA = ??? on the top of the container.
