The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. To qualify for this challenge, you must have logged a “found” on a minimum of 100 geocaches in 3 different states for a total of 300 with the "RECOMMENDED FOR TOURIST" ATTRIBUTE. As of 8/10/2024, There are 305,393 geocaches with the TOURIST attribute, which might mean the cache may be near scenic spots, places of interest, accommodations, or commercial tourist stops. They may be quick to find, within easy reach, or do not require equipment tourists would not have on hand. For the typical "tourist geocacher," geocaching is secondary to touring, i.e., finding a geocache while seeing the sights is a bonus, not a burden.
