18th August - Making the car park spick and span at Alney
Parking: Is at the headline coordinates for the Alney Island Reserve car park. Please note you can only access it leaving Gloucester, on the westbound side of Westgate Bridge.
Where: Meet in the car park for 1000 or find us not too far away after that time.
What: Today we will be clearing the car park of the summer growth and I'm sure finding plenty of litter to pick too!
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and tools but we ask you to bring your own gloves if you have them and shears, loppers or litter picker.
Health and Safety: The session will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
Please make sure you bring along your own drinks as it can be thirsty work!
