Questa biblioteca è una delle più antiche del territorio salentino.
È collocata nell’ex oratorio della “Confraternita dei Nobili” attualmente di proprietà del Comune di Gallipoli e contiene preziosi manoscritti e volumi risalenti al XVI e XVII secolo.
Da giugno ad agosto si può visitare gratuitamente dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 10 alle 13 / martedì e giovedì anche dalle 17.00 alle 19.30.
La cache è nascosta all’esterno.

This library is one of the oldest in the Salento area.
It is located in the former oratory of the “Confraternita dei Nobili” currently owned by the Municipality of Gallipoli and contains precious manuscripts and volumes dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries.
From June to August it can be visited for free from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm / Tuesday and Thursday also from 5 pm to 7:30 pm.
The cache is hidden outside.
