La Marmolada est le plus haut sommet des Dolomites, une chaîne de montagnes située dans le nord de l'Italie, appartenant aux Alpes orientales. Son sommet culmine à 3 343 mètres d'altitude. Elle est souvent surnommée la "Reine des Dolomites" en raison de sa majesté et de son importance géographique et historique.
La Marmolada è la vetta più alta delle Dolomiti, una catena montuosa dell'Italia settentrionale appartenente alle Alpi Orientali. La sua cima raggiunge un'altitudine di 3.343 metri. Per la sua maestosità e per la sua importanza geografica e storica viene spesso definita la “Regina delle Dolomiti”.
The Marmolada is the highest peak in the Dolomites, a mountain range in northern Italy belonging to the Eastern Alps. Its summit reaches an altitude of 3,343 metres. It is often referred to as the ‘Queen of the Dolomites’ because of its majesty and its geographical and historical importance.
