Geo located near the Shamel Manor (Petersburg Almshouse circa 1900) Located in Petersburg, The structure is said to be haunted by once mental illness patients. During it's time as Shamel Manor, it was primarily occupied as an insane asylum. The perfect place to eat a cookie! (Just kidding!)
