Kystpromenaden er en 500 m lang "plankesti", der forbinder Allinge by, klipperne, havet og Folkemødepladsen. Stien tilpasser sig landskabet og skaber nicher med mulighed for ophold, leg og reflektion. Her kommer man tæt på klipperne og havet.
Allinge danner det meste af året rammen for 1.400 indbyggeres rolige hverdag. Men med forårets komme, forvandles byen til Folkemødets By, og i de følgende måneder til en turistby, hvor besøgende fra hele Europa kommer for at opleve den nordbornholmske natur og Nordlandet.
Kystpromenaden blev realiseret i 2019-2020 med midler fra Realdania og Bornholms Regionskommune.
For at finde cachen skal du lokalisere promenadens T-kryds, hvorfra du skal gå 86 m i retning 257 grader. Ved cachen findes en lille bænk, hvor du i ro og mag kan logge dit fund.
The coastal promenade is a 500 m long path made of timber that connects Allinge town, the cliffs, the sea and Folkemødepladsen. The design adapts to the landscape and creates niches for resting, playing, and time for reflection along the route. Here you'll get close to the rocks and the sea.
For most of the year, Allinge forms the framework for the quiet everyday life of 1,400 inhabitants. But when spring arrives, Allinge expands and becomes the 'City of Folkemødet' and in the following months, a tourist town, where visitors from all over Europe come to enjoy the nature of North Bornholm - aka Nordlandet.
The coastal promenade was build in 2019-2020 thanks to funding from Realdania and Bornholm's municipality.
In order to find the cache, you must locate a t-junction along til promenade and from there walk 86 m bearing 257 degrees. Close by final location there is small bench where you can log your find peacefully and quietly.
