I found some caches like this in Las Vegas and knew I had to do at least 1 here, but there may be others. You must have a smart phone to complete this cache. Stage 1 will give you a QR code to show you where Stage 2 is located. No complicated math or direction and distance. Just read the QR code at Stage 1 and go there.
