5-Horned Face - Pentaceratops
Pentaceratops was a large, herbivorous dinosaur that roamed North America during the Late Cretaceous period, about 76 to 73 million years ago. Despite its name meaning "five-horned face," it actually had only three prominent horns: one on its nose and two above its eyes. It also possessed a large, elaborate frill around its neck so the horn count is debatable (anywhere from 3 to many in the frill).
