Join us at the Lake Wichita Pavilion and help us welcome summer to North Texas. We've had a wet Spring and the lake is overflowing the spillway which means it is time to pull those kayaks out of mothballs and bring your A-game for a little fun competition.
- Kayak Races: Paddle your kayak through a preset course for a timed run. A leaderboard will be posted to track each participant's completion time. Kayaks and water floatation devices will be provided or you are welcome to bring your own gear for the competiton.
- Ammo Can Toss: This ancient Olympic sport has been updated for our very own unique game - can you toss the ammo can farther than your geocaching peers?
- Ammo Can "Guess the Weight": another Favorite. Get your arms calibrated for this one. A few ounces can be the deciding factor in this latest add to the activities.
- Mystery Puzzle Final Stage: Solve three puzzles to move from Stage 1 to Stage 4. Add the distances between the three Stages to get the total distance travelled across all Stages.
Come out and enjoy the games and geocaching socializing before the summer heat sets in. Cheap prizes will be awarded to the winners for each contest and a cake to celebration Geocaching's 25 years and TOGA's 17 years of fun will be had by all!
