What better reason for a community celebration event than to celebrate the joining in marriage of two people who met through their favourite hobby, geocaching.
We appeared in a photo together at an event 8 years ago, and over the years were at many of the same events. It was through the community that we became friends, through time spent caching together that we got to know each other. Our history is written in the logs of the hundreds of caches we have each found separately, criss-crossing the map, walking on the same paths, searching the same ivy-covered trees and signing the same rolled up pieces of paper. Over a thousand caches we have now found together, celebrating each find and each milestone, each challenge worked towards. Throwing our wellies and extendable ladder in the same car boot. Hiding our first cache together, even if it makes the locals grumble! Planning our caching trips together, and planning our future.
On this day 28 June 2025 we will be getting married, and would like to invite you to celebrate with us at the King Robert Hotel, Glasgow Rd, Stirling FK7 0LJ. We will be in the bar from 7:00pm.
