On September 26, 2000, the first geocache in Texas was placed!

We currently have approximately 70,000 active caches in Texas in 2025!

Join us to celebrate 25 years of Geocaching in our great state with food, games, prizes and an Escape Room hosted by HeyThereDlilah and Myrthman!  

 

Be one of the first 25 geocachers to both "Will Attend" and show up before 6:30pm (event starts at 6pm) for a special party favor and game which will give you a chance to win this commemorative coin:
