I found this little spot while hunting down some other caches. While sitting in my car I realized I could put a cache here to fill the gap. So I did! The parking lot is for the Arboleda Trailhead. This trailhead seems to lead out to multiple Golden Valley trails. I haven't hiked these trails except to find the closest caches to this parking lot. Maybe one of these days I'll grab some of the others that are farther out. For those wanting a park and grab this one's for you.
I'm not sure the trees surrounding this area would be considered an arboleda but they make a good place to hang a cache. Hopefully the cache blends in enough to keep muggles from being suspicious. I believe these are mostly Sycamore trees but there might be an Oak tree close by. Could a Sycamore and an Oak tree cross germinate? An Oakamore!
