Challenges - some people love them, other people hate them. This cache is located 139 feet at 287.8 degrees true from the posted coordinates. There is a special logging requirement. You’re welcome to sign it (bring your own pencil!) and post a note at any time, but you cannot claim a find unless you qualify. The difficulty is based on the challenge.
Finds that do not meet the challenge requirement will be deleted without warning.
The Challenge 
You must have already found at least one physical cache in each of at least 50 of the U.S. States or Canadian Provinces. Caches in the three Canadian Territories do not count so you have 60 States or Provinces to chose from.
This cache is on Arizona State Trust Land. Geocachers must purchase an annual recreation permit available on the Arizona State Land Department website.
Physical caches include traditional, multi, wherigo, letterbox hybrid, and mystery/unknown. Only these five types of caches count towards this challenge. Use the checker to confirm your qualifications. While it's not required, it would be nice if you include the listing from the Project-GC Checker in your log entry.
