Out walking with two geomates...Net61 and Gorby .. We really enjoyed this walk / tramp ? Even though it took us longer than expected .
The scenery on all sides was just so amazing . So wonderful to spend time in the Regenerating Forest.... And wait till you go onto the boardwalk and see all the massive Kauri Trees everywhere !. Thanks KBclannz family for the placing of your 6 new caches....very nicely placed ...
But folks , there are HEAPS of big gaps for more !
Only thing is ...bit far away to do maintenance ! Being in the Wop Wops and all.....
Gorby and I had to replace 2 of our newish caches that had already disappeared !!!!!
Was nice to smile and chat to other Aucklanders enjoying the trail.
Loved reading the Info Boards too.
Cache is a smallish tube with Black tape...Behind a bit of punga lying in the ground .
Near the intersection / junction of Fenceline Track and Long Road Track
